Roti Noodles

Roti Noodles makes for a great leftover recipe. This Indo Chinese twist to Indian bread is loved by everyone.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Nos. Leftover Roti
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli
  • 1 No. Sliced Onion
  • 1 No. Julienne Carrot
  • 1 Cup Bell Peppers
  • Roti
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cut leftover roti into strips. Set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.
  • Cook for a min on a low flame.
  • Add sliced onions, julienne carrots and bell peppers. Toss and cook on a high flame for 2-3 mins.
  • You can also add vegetables of your choice like capsicum, cabbage, spring onion etc.
  • Next add salt, pepper, schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce.
  • Add roti strips and give a good mix.
  • Give everything a good mix.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins or until everything comes well together.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

1. Make sure the vegetables do not lose it crunch.
2. Adjust flavours as per your taste.
3. You can use any roti, paratha or Indian bread (except stuffed ones) for this recipe.
