In a mixing bowl add besan, rice flour, oil, hing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
Mix everything well.
Add curd and soft knead dough.
Shaping & Cooking Muthias –
Grease your palms, shape the dough into log.
Cut into small equal pieces.
Shape them into muthias (dhokli).
Boil water as required. Add a little bit of oil so that muthias do not stick to each other.
Transfer muthias into boiling water and let them boil, till it starts to float on the top.
Do a knife test to ensure perfect cooking.
Strain excess water.
Heat oil in a pan. Add a little bit of turmeric. Make sure it doesn’t burn.
To it add muthias, mix well.
Cook till golden borwn and crisp. Set aside.
