Kundru ki Sabji | Tendli Fry
Kundru ki Sabji with step by step photo and video recipe.
Kundru also commonly known by different names like Tendli, Ivy Gourd, Kovakka, Tindora and Coccinia.
There are various ways to prepare this sabzi. I learnt this recipe from my Mom. It requires very few ingredients like onion and some easily available spices to prepare it.
The kundru is sliced vertically and cooked with onion till crisp and tender. It goes well with roti/paratha and dal rice to make a perfect and healthy lunch or dinner.
You can also pack kundru ki sabji for kid’s or husband’s lunchbox along with paratha and salad to make a complete meal.
Ivy Gourd is rich in vitamins and minerals. Indian cuisine is nutritious and healthy. The easy to prepare meals are designed to include all necessary health benefits.
