We started off with mocktails –
Wicked Kala Khatta Slush - The blend of mulberries, orange, lime, grape and of course kala khatta. It was blended nicely but somehow the flavors were little too strong for my liking.
Cheeky Unghun Fizz – Kokum, cilantro, chilli and lime. An amazing blend of flavors with the tanginess of kokum and kick of chilli. Loved it. It’s more of a masala flavor than on a sweeter side.
Black Hearted - Cold brewed coffee with citrus. It looked like whisky. The coffee with citrus didn’t do the magic for me.
Frozen Virgin Strawberry Margarita – The blend of strawberry crush, cranberry juice and lime juice. Gorgeous looking frozen drink will enhance the beauty of dining experience.
Nibbles – Good munching options with the drink while conversing with friends or family.
Salt & Pepper Lotus Seeds – Something that I cannot get bored of. Perfectly roasted crisp lotus seeds flavored with salt and pepper.
Appetizers –
Turnip Cake - I could never thought that turnip too can make such an amazing dish. I liked the idea of making something really fancy with such a simple and easy available ingredient. Square shaped turnip cakes were crisp fried and soft and melt in mouth from within. The topped burnt garlic added a kick to each bite. Loved it. Highly Recommended.
Truffle Edamame Dumpling – The soft, gooey and mildly flavored stuffing in perfectly steamed dumplings were delicious. The sauce in which the dumplings were dipped complimented very well.
Rock Veg Tempura – The batter dipped crisp fried vegetables served along with tangy dip. Not a great fan of tempura because of the oil content it has. I could give it a skip.
Mains –
Firecracker Veg Rice - Rice prepared in perfectly balanced sauces. Had mixed sweet, tangy and spicy flavors. Loved it.
XO Noodles – Crisp, thin noodles covered with exotic vegetables dipped in sauces. I loved this dish. The sauce was soy based with tangy flavors. The vegetables were stir fried and kept chunky which added a nice bite to the crunchy noodles. I loved it. #Recommended
The best part desserts –
Jasmine Tea & Dragon fruit Mousse – This beauty on the plate was so colorful with so many elements in a single dish. The creamy texture with melt in mouth consistency made it a perfect dessert.
Lemon Grass Crème Brulee – Perfect texture with mild flavors.
Flourless Chocolate Cake – I have tried this dessert at few places before but could never got the right consistency. The one served here was gooey, soft and rich in chocolate flavor. It was served along with basil icecream, however the basil flavor in icecream didn’t excite my tastebuds but I absolutely loved the chocolate cake.
