Hoppipola, Aundh

This place arranges various theme nights and avoids monotony to keep building excitement for people to have different experience every time they visit. This concept makes sure to give something new on each visit. The happy hours on cocktails makes it easier on the pocket for all the fun.
The staff is helpful and courteous but seemed little confused with the orders. The menu offers variety of food for every mood.
We started off with the mocktails. Every mocktail had a surprising element which added on to the taste even more -
Virgin Mojito – A simple yet perfect and the best. Nothing can beat the taste and simplicity of this humble mocktail.
Kaffir Lime and Litchi Mojito – My previous experiences with kaffir lime would never allow me to order any drink with it, but the one I had here was just too good.
Orange Passion Frappe –
We repeated the order for this drink not once or twice but thrice. The blend of orange with passion fruits syrup with crushed mint over ice was simply amazing.
After a refreshing start we had starters –
Naga Chili Potatoes – Chunks of potatoes dipped in batter, crisp fried and coated with Chinese sauces were mere love. The flavors were bang on with mix of sweet, spicy and tangy flavors. Liked it.
Cheesy Nachos Avalanche – Thin, crisp nachos topped with salsa. Named avalanche as the sauce is poured on a surface to give feeling of an avalanche. Crispiness of nachos with goey sauce over it & the tangy salsa makes this dish a must have on their menu.
Maggi Missiles – Now who doesn’t love maggi? And when its crisp fried its like a cherry on the top. Boiled maggi, shaped into croquettes and crisp fired, served alomg with flavoured mayo. When you tear apart the croquette and see maggi inside, those sparkling eyes says it all. The excitement of maggi in the form of croquettes is surely a wonderful twist to the most loved maggi.
Chipotle Shroom Skewers – Mushroom on skewers are my favorite. Perfectly prepared juicy mushrooms served on the bed of chipotle sauce topped with a slice of cheddar. Liked it.
Mains –
Masala Pizza – Thin crust pizza is my favorite. The curst was made perfectly but I missed the masala flavor as name suggests. The taste as per me was little bland. Pizza could have been graced with more generous amount of sauce to make it more flavorful.
Chunky Tomato & Basil Penne Pasta - As the name suggests the sauce prepared with chunks of tomato and basil with the hint of garlic. I absolutely loved each bite of this dish. Pasta was cooked to perfection and well blended with sauce to make each morsel full of tangy flavors.
The most awaited course of all times Desserts -
Choco Block – That oozing chocolate from choco lava cake was a delight to eyes. Loved every bit of it. Served along with vanilla icecream. I wish I never had to share that plate of delish dessert.
